5-Step Action Guide to shine your light in 2010
5-Step Action Guide to shine your light in 2010
Did you ever wondered why it seems so easy for some people to make major changes in their lives while others sit back in passive observers wondering What happened? They begin to wonder if his life has gone wrong. They say things like, "Why do bad things always happen to me?" Or, "no nobody cares what I feel? "If this sounds like you then maybe it's time to start driving his own bus and stop being a passenger in life.
Taking action is the first step to living a life and do not want? If you are thinking yes, I want to do that, but I do not know where to start … then just start at the beginning. With this guide to action, the magazine changed their answers to questions as training begins its journey to a life he loves. Many of my clients say it begins to find his true self through this process. It gives clarity to not only take action but to achieve the desired results very quickly. These words of Mary Oliver have rung in my mind since first hearing them for many years. "Tell me, what is what you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? "Today I let these words whispering through your mind as you explore the next steps. My intention is that these simple words inspire you to look at your life in a new way, then be motivated to take the necessary measures inspired to put one foot before the other as you begin your trip. Do not forget to fasten your seat belt because it will be a wild ride … if you do the work.
When reading the five steps below, lower speed and take your time. Take your time. Work at Your Own pace. Answer the questions will resonate with you and leave the rest. This is your trip, not mine. I'm just offering these words as a guide to help you find your own way. Just keep in mind that often the question that will resist the greatest rewards, once said honestly.
Try to find the time to answer the questions in a written format rather than answer these questions in his mind. Write the words that your senses involved. You touch the paper and pen or the keys on your computer, view the form of words, and you have to breathe deeply a few times before saying the words aloud for the impact as you type, or type. Say the words aloud is a statement in the universe that can be very powerful. The greater involvement of the senses are more land their ideas will Not Just abstract thoughts. Are you ready? Well … let's get started:
Step One: Choose what want.
The first step is to decide what you want. So many people go through life without realizing it. Do not let that happen. Choose what you want and start to take steps in that direction today.
While exploring their questions in the first step, be playful. If the answers do not come immediately, be patient. Let and come back later, when something comes to mind is related, because it will. You can try out for a walk in silence to listen for your own internal knowing. O take a moment to meditate with or without music you put in a receptive mode. You want to be open to receive responses I knew inside. Try to be open minded and thinking outside the box. If time, money and the possibility has no limits, what is your response?
"The first principle of success is desire – knowing what he wants. Desire is the planting of the seed. "-Robert Collier
Coaching questions:
- What I want to do as a child?
- A list of three books or movies you love and why? Do you see a pattern?
- What Who would you like to know, alive or dead? What features do you like about them? Do you have similar qualities or want to achieve?
- List 10 things you do not want. It is sometimes easier to get into the back door to know what they do not want help illuminate what you want.
- What do you love? List 5 places you want to visit or five new things that you would like to try? (No matter how they seem unreachable at this time. Remember we are at the stage of sleep where all possible.)
Step Two: Set an intention.
I am often asked, "What does it mean for setting an intention? "In my retirement I always ask the participants to establish an intention that they want. What do they want to wear, as result of their work while in retirement? By setting the intention that you are making a statement in which you want to follow a certain course of action. Can be internal or external. It may mean that calls for greater clarity around a wish for peace or more with how your life unfolds. Or maybe you want something more tangible. Would you would like to know what their next step clearly must be to get that promotion at work. Whatever your intention is, you're making a commitment you want to happen.
"When you set an intention, when you commit, the entire universe conspires to make it happen."
- Sandy Forster
Coaching questions:
- What is your intention for today?
- What is your intention to your work, your relationships and your life?
- What you need to take the place of his intention to become a reality?
Third step: Take inspired action and believe.
I use the term inspired by the action without the inspiration can be like a hamster running on a wheel. He runs and runs, but never reaches a new destination. His action, of course, come from the work you have done about their passion and its intention. A very small step always lead to another. Depending on your dream of every one of you will have a different action step, but some examples may be: join a new class, call a friend who has been waiting to hear from you, drop an ancient belief that has been dragging you down, the action is something that move your life forward. Believe in your dream and believe in your power!
"When inspiration does not come to me, I go halfway to meet him."
Sigmund Freud
Coaching questions:
- What is the first step you want to take to your desire?
- What stands in the way of action at this time?
- What Can You do to remove barriers identified in the previous question?
- How will be different when one believes in the power of your dreams?
- What is your plan of action for forward?
Step four: Get all the support you need.
I can not say enough about getting support. You can get your family and friends involved or you can hire a coach. Either way, make sure your supporters understand that their desires are important and not theirs. You need support, they are completely without prejudice. They must be comfortable with not knowing what is best for you. Only they really know what is best. Find someone who walks beside you in your path as you champion. We also invite you to grow and extend beyond what is comfortable.
"For achieve great things, we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe. "
- Anatole France
Coaching questions:
- What support is needed?
- What kind of support that best suits you, email phone or in person?
- How can you champion their supporters?
- What you need to have in place so you can go beyond your comfort zone?
Step Five: The responsibility is crucial.
You can keep telling yourself to do what you say you want to do, but I found that most people find it helpful to have someone else involved. It is easy to justify himself for what not to do things. Now imagine that you are saying the same story to his coach or his friend. Does it hold water? Probably not! Once again will probably want to appeal to his supporters for help.
"Accountability breeds response-ability."
- Stephen R. Covey
Coaching questions:
- How can your best defense to hold you responsible for what you say you want me to do?
- How can the supporter best measure of their progress or lack thereof?
- What needs to be in place to maintain or allow others are held accountable?
- What do you like most about being responsible and moving toward your desires?
I hope that now energized and realize that it is very possible to make your dreams come true! That 2010 is the year that your light shine bright for all to see! Begin to know more deeply.
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
Marianne Williamson
