Has anyone seen 100 pesos with UP seal printed on it?
There seems to be some kind of Limited Edition commemorative, but I'm not sure. Is there a website that could read it? Or anyone here who already know what round? I have two, but I do not know if they are something special. Both the year 2008.
On June 19, 2008, commemorating the centenary of the UP, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the University of the Philippines launched the 100-peso UP Centennial Notes in BSP Complex Security in East Plant Avenue, Quezon City. The UP Centennial 100 peso note is a commemorative edition of the 100-peso banknote with the offering, the symbol University, printed on the watermark. The notes are available at the office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA) and four outputs (four uncut pieces) in a specially designed folder with the signatures of all the UP chairmen, including the Centennial President, Dr. R. Emerlinda Roman.
