How can I get my money back on the recall for the Toy Tool set from Black & Decker?
My son received a Christmas gift of a Huge set of Toy Black & Decker tools. When I tried to return the duplicate (toy set) at Target, I was told there was no value and the toy was recalled. I was not provided any information about this toy and would like to know, why it was recalled and how to get my money back?
If there was a recall Target should have been able to provide you with that information. As retailers receive information sheets to give consumers instructions on what to do with recalled products.
I did some research but couldn’t find any recall info for and B&D branded toys just appliances. So I would recommend contacting Target, the CPSC or CDI toys to see if You Can get more information and proper instruction.
