Girls only! What is the best eyeliner BLACK softer?
I've been using for years timeline Revlon. But recently stopped make the eyeliner so, now I could not find something that is similar to that. I BLACK, soft liner does not stain. I usually use liquid eyeliner black on the upper eyelid and soft black pencil at the bottom. Black makes my eyes more attractive for some reason. Pls. tell me the brand and the store where I can get em. Thanks a bunch!

Just look around and see what Revlon is offering … Most likely we will have something that works as well or even better than the one you're accustomed a. I have an eyeliner pencil Revlon I use for my bottom lid as well. Not stain at all.
