What is a good eyeliner (eye liner) that will not stain?
My daughter used black eyeliner around the bottom edge of the eyelids ….( Not the eyelashes grow, but around the edge) She started using Revlon Colorstay, but has been burning the eyes and cause irritation. Is there good eyeliner out there that is easy to Apply around the edges of the eyelids that do not stain? I hate when your eyeliner smudging, looks rubbish!
Urban Decay 24 / 7 line to zero – amazing. =) If You Can still mess in the first 30 seconds of application, otherwise it gets, and just bubbles up in all for a LONG time. =) I slept with her, and the next day still seems almost perfect.
