Dark hair and blue eyes seem to be much less common than light hair and blue eyes. My father was one of the exceptions, because she had black hair and blue eyes, but was one of what is known as "black Irish" – the Portuguese and Irish descent. It all depends on DNA and genetics. Glow in the Dark Paint
