I want long nails! Please help ….?
acrylic nails, gel nails, gel overlays? What is healthier for nails? Is there a site that shows how each one is? I looked online and could not really find a site that offers comparisons. I have nails weak, divided and skins. I tried all the treatments out there OPI Nail Envy Nail Magic and nothing to help. Her acrylic nails once, but my hands are small and were unusual for me. Is there some other procedure that will look better? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks =)
ok so I have very long nails, go Maybe I can help! =] Well, first things first: take some vitamins if Your Nails are very flaky and break easily vitamins can actually strenth them most of these vitamins that come in packages, hair and nails "these are perfect. seconds: nail polish: Well, I found that 3-5 layers of nail Polish That does the trick you could say 'duh' but in reality strenthens nails to eventually then become strong in their own third: no fruit Fruit: Loads of nutrients that make hair, nails, strong bones when you think of putting a candy bar I-apple mouth session: Failure to do so: I really do not suggest any acrylic nails, gel nails, gel overlays, for without taking your hands in a mess right also, be careful what you play, with nails not going to open boxes tight .. etc. good luck email me if you have any questions: great.fun @ Hotmail.com xxx
