My hair and my nails do not grow: (Someone Can You recommend a product or remedy to help me out.?
I straighten my hair occasionally, but I use protective products.My thermal hair falls just put my hands through it. I do not bite my nails .. they never grow or if they do they are fragile. Is there a product or resource that has helped it grow longer hair or nails grow stronger? I really need some help … Thanks for your suggestions.
