What foods aid nail growth and strength?
Hi, i was a nail biter for all my life but managed to stop a few weeks ago. I may not have the will power to continue with this but so far I havnt had the urge to bite. Jst wandering what foods shoud i eat to strengthen and allow my nails to grow longer?
