What is the largest city for shopping in the UK outside London?
I do not know what is the best city for shopping
Birmingham is the second largest city, but Manchester is much better to go shopping. Manchester has all the stores – and people are chirpier and friendly. It also has some very smart restaurants. I recommend if you like Wagamama Noodle but there are many others. Enjoy yourself – but take an umbrella:)
